Only LOCAL candidates will be considered for this role as it is fully in person. This program will run from February 23rd through December 18th 2026. Selected candidates must be available to work at least Part-Time hours between February 23rd and May 15th Full-Time hours during the Summer (May 18th August 7th) and then Part-Time hours through the end of the program during the Fall. Candidates are expected to work all their hours in person.

As part of Manufacturing youll use your skills our systems and a wide array of raw materials to help create the delicious finished products our consumers love. While taking ownership in your area of work youll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain.

Mondelēz International Operations assignments are designed for individuals pursuing careers in Engineering and Manufacturing Production/ Operations Management. Our Co Op assignments focus on practical value-added projects and related experiences that teach how operations production drives value throughout the organization. This includes:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to employees while optimizing production
  • Meeting production schedules to achieve business goals
  • Communicating effectively with managers supervisors and employees
  • Leading multi-functional project teams of technical and operations functions

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in: Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or any Engineering related degree.
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
  • Must be in close proximity to Mondelez Internationals Naperville IL Plant (1555 Ogden Ave Naperville IL 60540)
  • Must be available to do full-time hours (40 hours per week) over the Summer and part-time hours during the Spring and Fall 2026 school semester.
  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Mondelēz International (i.e. H1-B visa F-1 visa (OPT) TN visa or any other non-immigrant status.

Compensation

  • The expected weekly payrange is$1000 - $1300based onyour expectedgraduationdate.
  • Compensation rates for Early Careers is pre-determined and non-negotiable.

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary ranges for this position are shown below; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Any other location base salary range: 61800.00 - 77250.00
