Apprentice Plant Maintenance

• Assist Technicians and Subject Matter Experts in the maintenance operation and repair of plant equipment.

• Support installation and maintenance tasks to ensure proper operation of equipment driving continuous improvement and minimizing recurring downtime.

• Perform and document electrical and mechanical wiring alignments and calibration adjustments in accordance with manuals schematics blueprints and equipment specifications.

• Ensure all assigned work orders are completed safely and in line with company quality standards.

• Close out all assigned work orders in the CMMS with accurate and complete documentation.

• Support maintenance improvement initiatives to maximize value-added maintenance time.

• Maintain 7S standards in the work area while complying with maintenance management processes and safety standards.

• Assist line operators in operating line equipment injection molding and utilities when required and approved by supervisor.

• Ensure FNU NTPC record books are completed daily with accurate task documentation.

• Support site-wide quality safety and environmental initiatives.

Qualifications :

Minimum

• Form 6 Level Qualification.

Preferred

• Experience in bottling or other processing/manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge of Lean problem-solving tools.

• Degree Diploma or 4th Year Apprentice in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
