Regardless of title every employee supports WAUs vision of producing graduates who bring moral leadership and competence to their communities.PRIMARY DUTIES- Be regularly available for and capable of assisting students with their concern related to their experience.
- Must assist the Spiritual Life Coordinator(s) in the putting together meaningful worship programs.
- Coordinate programming for residents including: assessing needs planning encouraging residents in campus and residential activities and town hall meetings.
- Respond to student behavior which violates university and residence hall policies procedures and/or expectations approaching discipline in an educational and building character.
- Completes and submit in timely and accurate fashion all paperwork regarding residence hall operations as requested by the Deans/Graduate Assistant.
- Participate in all staff meetings individual meetings and staff development activities and trainings.
- Assist with daily operational procedures: check-ins check-outs damage assessment room changes lock-outs Identifying and reporting maintenance and safety issues etc.
QUALIFICATIONS- Be currently enrolled at WAU.
- Have minimal policy violations during residency
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or higher
- Well respected by the residents and residence hall staff.
- Be a sophomore or higher class standing.
