Drives P&L for a unit of less than $7.5M in revenue at the country level

Executes the units strategy to meet established targets and metrics by identifying the need for a particular solution (i.e. HR- or risk-related solutions) best mix of business staffing and investments at the country level

Leads a multi-functional (e.g. Finance Marketing Human Resources) team to ensure business strategy goals and objectives are met

Delivers operational and financial objectives at the country level in order to grow the business and contribute to companys top and bottom lines

Implements short and long-term organizational goals and objectives to ensure alignment with broader organizational strategies

Identifies local market M&A transactions as well as new and existing opportunities to expand the business portfolio

Leads the development of a people strategy at the local level to drive company performance
