Job Description

The Territory Sales Representative Glass & Stone is responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships within the assigned territory for machine tools dedicated to glass and stone processing (CNC machining centers cutting machines polishing equipment automated lines etc.).

This role operates with a high level of autonomy and contributes directly to revenue growth market expansion and long-term customer partnerships.

Key Activities

  • Develop and manage the customer portfolio within the assigned territory (glass processors stone fabricators contractors industrial manufacturers etc.)

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting

  • Conduct regular on-site customer visits and technical-commercial presentations

  • Analyze customers production needs and propose tailored technical solutions

  • Prepare and present commercial offers in collaboration with technical and back-office teams

  • Lead negotiations and close sales agreements

  • Participate in trade shows industry events and networking activities

  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments

  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in the company CRM system

  • Coordinate with technical and service teams during installation and post-sales phases

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of revenue and margin

  • Execute the commercial strategy within the assigned territory

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts

  • Ensure compliance with company pricing and commercial policies

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and periodic reporting

  • Represent the company professionally and protect its brand image

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical service and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Identify emerging market segments and new growth opportunities.
