Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing financial statements and performing basic financial analysis to support advisory engagements
- Support the development of financial models under guidance from senior team members
- Help prepare reports presentations and client materials based on financial and business analysis
- Conduct industry market and company research to support project work and business development initiatives
- Assist with project coordination activities such as collecting data preparing working papers and liaising with internal teams
- Participate in training knowledge-sharing and people development initiatives within the firm
- Support multiple teams across Advisory Services on a needs basis
Requirements
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Finance Accounting Business Economics or a related field
- Students pursuing professional qualifications such as CFA or CIMA ACCA CA Sri Lanka will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis concepts
- Basic to intermediate skills in financial modelling
- Good analytical numerical and presentation skills
- A proactive learner with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
