Internships | CFA

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing financial statements and performing basic financial analysis to support advisory engagements
• Support the development of financial models under guidance from senior team members
• Help prepare reports presentations and client materials based on financial and business analysis
• Conduct industry market and company research to support project work and business development initiatives
• Assist with project coordination activities such as collecting data preparing working papers and liaising with internal teams
• Participate in training knowledge-sharing and people development initiatives within the firm
• Support multiple teams across Advisory Services on a needs basis

Requirements

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Finance Accounting Business Economics or a related field
• Students pursuing professional qualifications such as CFA or CIMA ACCA CA Sri Lanka will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis concepts
• Basic to intermediate skills in financial modelling
• Good analytical numerical and presentation skills
• A proactive learner with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
