Were looking for a senior backend engineer to join our team building the backbone of our banking file import and processing platform. Youll help incrementally develop procedures for a white label system and transform raw banking data into meaningful validated insights our systems can trust.

If you love tackling tricky data flows working with event-driven systems and meeting import SLAs as part of a team thats got your back this might be the perfect next step for you.

Responsibilities:

Build and services that import parse and normalize bank feed data.
Improve ETL pipelines and make them tougher faster and more reliable.
Utilising DDD principles.
Ability to wrangle mangle and normalize inconsistent interpretations of standards.
Optimize SQL Server queries indexes and schema interactions.
Monitor and tune performance across the stack.
Apply good memory-management practices in long-running services.

Requirements:

Solid ETL experience and comfort with deviation of standard formats.

Strong SQL Server optimization experience.
Good performance-monitoring and tuning habits.
Understanding memory management.
