OverviewProvide superior diagnostic sonograms for interpretation by radiologist. Assist radiologist in the performance of procedures and provide the patient care essential to ultrasound interventional guided procedures.
Position Details:
Education: Graduate of a school of sonography or registered technologist.
License: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.
Experience: Four (4) years of relevant experience.
Certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA-BLS); American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) OR The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) OR Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
AND
Four (4) applicable advanced registries/certifications within the applicable work area from ARDMS ARRT CCI or Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF).
In the state of Arkansas American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography-Registered Vascular Technologist (ARDMS-RVT) OR Cardiovascular Credentialing International-Registered Vascular Specialist (CCI-RVS) OR American Registry of Radiologic Technologists-Vascular Sonography (ARRT-VS) is required.
