Principais Responsabilidades

• Monitorar cotações licitações e processamento de pedidos para dar suporte à equipe de Vendas.
• Auxiliar a equipe de Vendas na gestão de precificação e questões relacionadas a códigos de produtos.
• Criar e manter análises de vendas e relatórios regulares incluindo dashboards em PowerBI conforme definido pelo Head de IM Commercial. Auxiliar a equipe de vendas na formulação e implementação de estratégias comerciais.
• Atender às consultas dos clientes de maneira ágil e adequada.
• Realizar chamadas para clientes atuais e potenciais em busca de oportunidades de vendas.

Critérios Diferenciais

Gestão de Equipe: Fornecer orientação e suporte a executivos de atendimento ao cliente (Customer Service) de nível júnior.

Tomada de Decisão / Atividade:

• Lidar com consultas e reclamações de clientes de maior complexidade.

• Pode envolver-se no treinamento de novas contratações e na melhoria dos processos de atendimento ao cliente.

• Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com o gerente de atendimento ao cliente para garantir a fluidez das operações.
