Reporting to the Director Global Benefits theUS Benefits Manager plays a critical role in delivering a highquality benefits experience for employees across the United States. This role is responsible for daytoday strategy execution governance and operational oversight of all US benefit programs. The US Benefits Manager owns program management vendor performance compliance execution budgeting and employee experience outcomes for US benefits.
In addition this role provides leadership and direction to the Sr. Benefits Analystsetting priorities reviewing work and offering guidance and escalation support to ensure benefits operations are accurate compliant scalable and employeefocused.

The Atlanta Area base salary range for this full-time position is $109700 - $150600which can vary if outside this locationplus bonus benefits and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills competencies experience market demands internal parity and relevant education or training.
