At a Watermark Memory Care neighborhood our care associates are lovingly referred to as NAYAS. The term Naya means Guide Person of Wisdom and Leader. We are currently recruiting for people who want to make a positive impact on the lives of the seniors that we care for. When you are selected to be a Naya at a Watermark Community it will not just be for ADL care but to also to create an environment for our residents so that they may live their lives to the fullest. For us it is about meeting people that truly understand what it takes for our memory care residents to thrive in their environment. As a Naya we want your creativity to bring activities to life with our residents! We want our residents to feel that they are in a home like environment that the Naya is a trusted friend whom is there to help them. Our Nayas engage with our residents by doing things with them such as cooking gardening and participating in cultural activities like art or dancing! Our Nayas experience rewarding meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. Job Requirements

• 1-year experience as a care giver in an assisted living memory care or home care setting
• Patience and Compassion
