Job Summary
Belle Noble Hospitality Group is adding accomplished Restaurant Managers to its
Louisville-based Leadership Team. Were looking for leaders who are wired for
hospitalitythose who activate without exception our non-negotiable Every
Guest Every Time standard.
Were seeking managers with proven experience running a disciplined business
while protecting elevated standards developing people and managing the key
drivers that keep our restaurants strong labor COGS inventory and
controllableswithout sacrificing the guest experience.
As a General Manager or Assistant General Manager youll ensure your operation
is clean maintained and inspection-ready at all times. Youll hire and develop
strong leaders stabilize staffing and drive performance through consistency
coaching and clear expectations. Most importantly youll drive a brand and build
a culture where the team thinks customer firsteverything else second and where
guests consistently describe the experience as elevated memorable and worth
returning for.
