How you will contribute

• Lead design workshops to document design leveraging RefModel-driven best practices for design and for non-standard areas evaluating contextual designing. Map the requirements to the RefModel and work with the o9 PMM/Product teams to design the new workflows ensuring the business processes adhere to the o9 functionality

• Develop a comprehensive technical blueprint outlining the architecture of the o9 planning solution including software hardware and network components

• Work with o9 DevOps and the Technical Architect to establish the tenant landscape and integration design

• Proficiency in architecting and deploying data engineering workflows utilizing a benchmark data integration product. Technical data validation with dbt icedq databricks or similar tools

• Experience driving daily technical and design direction in o9

• Adapt the dynamic needs of the business and ensure o9 is positioned to drive optimal business value

• Define document and maintain end to end IBP processes including demand review supply review integrated reconciliation and executive review cycles (MBRs).

• Define and track (with support of COE) key customer performance metrics aligned with expectations segmentation capabilities and SLAs ensuring financial and strategic alignment

• Work closely with development teams to ensure the solution is implemented according to the defined architecture and meets business requirements.

• Own and manage o9 IBP product roadmap and prioritization of features to be enabled in MDLZ

• Document methodologies and ensure best practices are followed for continuous process improvement

Knowledge Experience and Education

• 12-15 overall years of experience

• More than 3 years experience with the o9 platform including configuration customization and integration

• Technically hands on SQL MySQL to be able to manage o9 SSIS layer

• Technically hands on mathematical models predictive models desirable python & pyspark

• Experience in GIT Kubernetes Containerization will be plus

• Experience code reviews code packing code/batch dependency management & library management

• Large global team management including internal and contract resources

• Familiar operating in large and complex multi-national organizations to create alignment for her/his strategic priorities across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
