Working as part of a cross functional team you deliver the RDQ activities required to complete new product development portfolio maintenance and/or productivity projects with an emphasis on meeting the desired consumer experience.
How you will contribute
With the support and guidance of a manager you will organize and execute projects in line with RDQ marketing and manufacturing requirements effectively communicating status and risks. You will plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements and development activities (e.g. product shelf-life testing designing for quality consumer test preparation etc.). You will also write technical reports that will require the analysis and interpretation of results and that lead to conclusions and recommendations and create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications.

Working on teams and independently with the guidance of a manager

Applying fundamental technical understanding to interpret and analyze data to reach clear conclusions

Job specific requirements:
1-3 years of experience in related field
Strong technical foundation and technical curiosity
Participate in cross functional teams toidentifyand resolve technical issues.
Write process specifications that deliver consistent high-quality products acrossnumerousmanufacturing facilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization
Travel requirements: Travel up to 30% to locations in Canada US and Mexico
Work schedule: Hybrid - Work from office 3 days a week
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $61800 to $84975; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.In addition Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance wellness and family support programs life and disability insurance retirement savings plans paid leave programs education related programs paid holidays and vacation time.
