What youll be doing
As a Market Development Partner - Welfare (L.68/99) youll play a key role in driving the expansion of our Welfare products within the Large Enterprise segment (company up to 350 employees). This role is part of our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace. Heres what your day-to-day will look like:
Generate sales-qualified leads By conducting high-energy outbound activities through cold calling emails and strategic online meetings with key customers.
Develop new business opportunities By engaging with Large Enterprise Employers main stakeholders to introduce Satispay as a leading welfare solution.
Fuel the sales pipeline By building a robust pipeline of mid and large enterprise prospects to support the Business Development team.
Master sales tools By effectively utilising CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot and outbound tools such as Sales Navigator/Lusha to track and manage activities.
Collaborate on growth strategies By working closely with the team to exceed lead generation targets and scale the Large Enterprise business line.

Who were looking for
We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If youre curious and ready for real ownership youll fit in! Does this sound like you
1 year of experience in outbound sales Specifically focusing on contacting and engaging Enterprise-level customers.
Strong commercial attitude and negotiation skills With the ability to confidently communicate and build relationships with executives and high-level decision-makers.
Proficiency with CRM systems and outbound tools Such as Salesforce HubSpot or Sales Navigator to manage a complex sales pipeline.
Fluency in both Italian and English Combined with a proactive results-oriented approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
