Qualifications

Candidates who have graduated from or are expected to graduate from a four-year university or graduate school.

Working Hours

Holidays and Leave

Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday)
National holidays
Year-end and New Year holidays (December 31 January 3)
Annual paid leave in accordance with company policy

Essential Skills

Business-level Japanese and English communication skills (reading and writing)
Basic PC skills (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong compliance awareness and ability to perform duties in accordance with rules recognizing confidentiality and business risks
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Willingness to learn new tasks and knowledge proactively and to pursue continuous growth
