Position Overview

Agile Group is seeking a Program Communications & Creative Lead to elevate how we communicate internally and externally.

This role is less about line-by-line technical editing and more about shaping clarity consistency and presentation across programs. You will guide creative writing efforts refine visual storytelling manage internal communications channels and ensure our SharePoint environment remains organized and intuitive.

You will serve as a key liaison between internal teams supervisors and clients. This role requires someone who can translate direction into action align contributors maintain structure and ensure communications move forward efficiently and professionally.

This is a fully remote role with limited travel typically 3 to 5 days per year for collaboration or stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of internal newsletters executive communications and branded content
  • Translate complex technical or program information into clear compelling narratives
  • Refine graphics and layouts using Adobe tools ensuring a polished client-ready presentation
  • Own SharePoint structure page organization and content governance
  • Serve as communications liaison between program teams leadership and clients
  • Align contributors and ensure deadlines expectations and deliverables remain on track
  • Maintain and elevate templates brand standards and editorial guidelines
  • Review technical documents and visual deliverables prior to client submission
  • Support recruiting materials onboarding content and internal communications
  • Provide proposal and compliance review support as needed

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in English Communications Journalism Business or a related field
  • 7 years of experience in technical editing program communications or similar roles
  • Demonstrated ability to edit complex technical content and visual deliverables for client delivery
  • Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook
  • Experience reviewing PDFs and managing markups using Adobe Acrobat
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote collaborative environment


Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting federal clients such as USACE or DoD
  • Familiarity with proposal development and compliance-driven deliverables
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite specifically Illustrator InDesign and Photoshop
  • Experience with SharePoint and Teams for document collaboration
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills including slide design visual storytelling and basic video editing
  • Ability to support HR recruiting or internal communications initiatives

  • Salary range: $90000 to $95000 based on experience
