We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a vibrant primary academy in Slough on a maternity cover basis. This is an ideal role for an HR professional looking to apply their skills in a welcoming community-focused school environment.
About the Role
Start Date: Immediate.
Contract: Part-time (3 days per week) maternity cover (1 year).
Support the Headteacher with staff relations absence management and payroll coordination.
Maintain the schools SCR and ensure all safeguarding requirements are meticulously met.

Requirements
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and safer recruitment practices.
Experience in HR leadership within a corporate or educational setting.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Salary and Benefits Salary offered:FTE (Pro-rata) with negotiation available for candidates with senior-level school HR experience.
