Our capability allows us to offer turnkey solutions for complex projects and spans every project phase from design and manufacture to through-life-support condition monitoring and data analytics fleet maintenance operations and comprehensive overhaul of assets and decommissioning.
Rail and Transit Systems - Graduate Program 2027
Graduates on our 18 month Fast Track Graduate Program will have the opportunity to rotate and be part of a diverse organisation that is a leading provider of integrated services in Australia and New Zealand. We are committed to building strong relationships with our customers and our people.
Your development pathway will consist of:
- On the job experience through engaging and immersive structured rotations with operational project teams
- Training and development through core development training workshops and education programs
- Annual Graduate Conference
- One-on-one mentoring networking and buddy support
We have excellent career creating opportunities that will be based in:
- QLD- Brisbane Maryborough and Torbanlea
- NSW- North Ryde Auburn and Cardiff
- VIC- Melbourne
We are seeking the following disciplines:
Engineering: Mechanical Electrical Mechatronics
HSEQ: Safety Quality and Environment and Sustainability
Commercial: Contracts and Law
Finance: Accounting and P&Ls
Digital: Software Engineering and Computer Science
Operations: Business Improvement Supply Chain and Infrastructure Maintenance
About you:
- Australian Citizen Australian Permanent Resident and/or Full Australian work rights.
- Completed a relevant university degree and graduated by the end of 2026.
- Some relevant industry or internship experience is beneficial but not essential.
Able and committed to start in January 2027
