Position:Senior DFT Design Engineer

We are seeking an experiencedSenior DFT Design Engineerto join our team in developing advanced automotive microcontroller solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise inDesign for Testability (DFT)for SoCs with a focus onScan Insertion/ATPGandMemory Testmethodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Define influenceDFT architecturefor subsystems and SoCs achieving automotive-gradeSafety and Securitystandards for logic and memory tests.

Collaborate withIP teams Systems and Architecture teamsto derive requirements co-develop microarchitecture and align DFT goals for IPs subsystems and SoCs.

Work closely withProduct and Test Engineering teamsto understand test needs provide DFT solutions debug issues and optimize test costs.

Partner with cross-functional teams (RTL DV PD) to ensure high-quality and timely DFT implementation.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) Computer Science (CS) or a related field.

Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience inDFT aspects of SoC Design.

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding ofVerilog/VHDLandDFT conceptsfor testability design.

Proficient in scripting languages such asTcl Perl and Pythonfor automation.

Experience withsilicon bring-up and debugging.

Familiarity with industry-standard tools likeModus Genus Xcelium and Jasper.

Good understanding ofconstraints timing concepts and test methodologies.

Soft Skills:

Excellentproblem-solving and debuggingcapabilities.

Strongwritten and verbal communicationskills for effective collaboration and reporting.

Commitment to continuous learning and maintaining a high focus on quality.

Ability to thrive in ateam-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience inautomotive-grade SoC designsand compliance withISO 26262 (Functional Safety)standards.

Knowledge ofpower management techniquesandlow-power design principles.

Familiarity with advancedautomation scriptingusing Python Perl or TCL.
