Job Summary
We are delighted to invite applications for a dedicated and highly organised Senior Office Administrator to join Marden Lodge Primary School on a permanent basis.
Your opportunity
Working 28 hours per week across 5 days the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our school office providing exceptional administrative support to staff pupils and parents. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a warm collaborative school community where your skills and professionalism will make a real difference every day.
What were looking for:
- Experience of working in a busy office environment (education/school based would be desirable but not essential)
- ICT skills Competent in using Microsoft Excel & Word
- Effective and clear communication skills
- Personal integrity and loyalty remaining confidential at all times

The Details
Start Date: 1st June 2026
Salary: GLF Associate 3 - 25001
Actual Salary: 16728.61
Hours: 28 hours per week worked across Monday to Friday. We are flexible on the distribution of hours which can be agreed at interview. This role is term time only.
