Job Description:

在公司合规政策指导下负责辖区内医院准入安全运营相关政策跟进以及合规执行第三方项目

在符合医院和公司合规的要求下关注了解分享及跟进辖区内医院进药机会及相关流程做好医院进药流程管理

负责辖区内KA医院安全运营

预判KA医院可能存在的安全运营风险并管理

进行KA医院内外的生态体系管理保障药品院内外可及

配合KA医院进行特殊事件处理

负责辖区内相关政策和产品知识的学习及应用

积极进行政策和产品知识学习及应用及时进行良好的外部合作沟通和信息传递

精熟产品知识和相关政策包括但不限定于双通道政策支付方式改革等医保政策以及医院考核处方流转等医院管理政策和产品价值主张等

负责合规协助及执行辖区内相关项目

其他事务支持如跨部门事务沟通等

本科及以上学历医药专业背景优先

具备4年以上医药相关工作经验有关键客户管理经验优先

具备高效的人际沟通和团队合作精神与内外部客户保持良好的沟通和合作

具有成熟的客户管理能力业务洞察力业务规划及执行能力以及复杂事务的处理能力

有优秀的抗压能力

计算机具有较好的计算机软硬件应用能力
