Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliablePart-Time Warehouse Fulfillment & Inventory Manager to join our McKinney TX team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth warehouse operations accurate order fulfillment and proactive inventory management.

The ideal candidate is organized hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in making sure our customers receive the highest-quality experience with every Herbal Goodness order.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations
   • Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment.
   • Receive incoming shipments inspect deliveries and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
2. Order Fulfillment
   • Accurately pick pack and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
   • Ensure packaging standards reflect Herbal Goodness premium brand quality.
   • Coordinate package and LTL shipping schedules and work with carriers to resolve delivery issues.
3. Inventory Management
   • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
   • Monitor stock levels identify low-stock items and coordinate reorders with the operations team.
   • Track lot numbers expiration dates and ensure proper rotation (FIFO).
4. Process & Reporting
   • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
   • Assist in implementing and improving warehouse and fulfillment SOPs.
   • Support reporting of inventory and fulfillment metrics to management.
     
     

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in warehouse fulfillment or inventory management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift or maneuver up to 50 lbs and operate in a physical warehouse environment.
• Technology awareness and Medium computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets inventory systems).
• Reliable punctual and able to work independently.
• Team-oriented with a positive get it done attitude.
  
  

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-Time: 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling available weekdays preferred).
• Compensation: Starting at $20/hour with potential for growth based on performance.
