Delegad VF Senior Sevilla

Descripción del puesto:

Buscamos un/a Delegado/a Comercial Senior con clara orientación a ventas y amplia experiencia en el canal farmacia para la apertura de nuevas farmacias y la gestión comercial de una cartera existente.

El puesto tiene un perfil 100% comercial siendo el objetivo principal el crecimiento en ventas y captación de clientes. Otras funciones como formación o acciones de visibilidad en punto de venta (sell out) serán secundarias frente a la actividad comercial.

Funciones principales:

- Captación y apertura de nuevas farmacias.

- Gestión y desarrollo comercial de farmacias activas (venta presencial).

- Incremento de ventas y fidelización de clientes.

- Ejecución de acciones comerciales en el punto de venta.

- Realización puntual de formaciones y acciones de visibilidad cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos imprescindibles:

- Perfil Senior con experiencia demostrable en ventas.

- Experiencia previa en venta a farmacias y/o distribución farmacéutica.

- Clara orientación a resultados y fuerte capacidad de negociación.

- Autonomía proactividad y mentalidad comercial.

- Experiencia en gestión de cartera y apertura de clientes
