You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPIs and hit your annual objectives

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Ensurea maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
  • Implement and monitor promotionalactivities.
  • Pointof buying materials placement and implementation.
  • Report on activities.

  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Sales experience required preferably FMCG/CPG
  • Perseverance and attention to details

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Visitar los puntos de venta de los clientes asignados con la frecuencia acordada con el objetivo de verificar los estados de los lineales referencias y stock.

  • Asegurar la distribución y la excelencia en la ejecución de lanzamientos de nuevos productos de la categoría.

  • Mejorar la visibilidad de nuestras marcas y optimizar el surtido.

  • Asegurar la reposición del producto y el montaje de promociones.

  • Interlocución directa con dueños/as tieneda para negociar espacios cabeceras y promociones.

  • Reporte de la actividad diaria comunicar y resolver las incidencias detectadas en el Punto de Venta.

  • Gestionar el pedido sugerido.

Job specific requirements:

  • Imprescindible residencia en la zona

  • Imprescindible Carnet de Conducir.

  • Valorable experiencia comercial.

  • Valorable nivel de inglés.

  • Competencias de liderazgo

  • Autonomía y Dinamismo.

  • Habilidades comerciales y capacidad de negociación.

  • Orientación a la acción y a la consecución de objetivos.

  • Mejora continua y búsqueda de la excelencia en el punto de venta.
