Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

ITIL v3/v4 Certification (Foundations or higher).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and cloud resource discovery.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as: APM (Application Portfolio Management) HAM/SAM Pro CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
Experience with API integration frameworks such as REST SOAP or message queues.
Familiarity with automation and DevOps SRE or infrastructure automation tools

Minimum Qualifications

Work experience of 7-10 years; Masters Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelors Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years

7 years working with ServiceNow CMDB in medium to large enterprises supporting 10000 users
Strong understanding of: ServiceNow data model CI classes and relationships discovery patterns & probes Service Mapping and dependency mapping
Expertise in creating and managing data taxonomy CI lifecycle and inventory processes.
Proven experience in integrating CMDB with infrastructure cloud and endpoint systems.
Strong skills in data quality management reconciliation rules and governance frameworks.
Knowledge of SACM (Service Asset and Configuration Management) best practices
Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and its relationship with CMDB.
Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Experience building dashboards using ServiceNow Performance Analytics or similar tools.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and application of AI in IT operations (e.g. anomaly detection classification enrichment).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive change across diverse technical and non-technical teams.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
