Job Summary

Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master

Our client an established insurance company is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master to join their team hit the ground running and help drive to success. This is a contact to hire position with defined plans for conversion to permanent. The employee will work in the office 2-3 days per week with a very flexible schedule.

What will you do

Serve as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile environment.
Follow best practices for ensuring teams are meeting project deadlines and project requirements

Required Skills/Certifications

At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master CSM certification required
MUST have prior experience in the insurance industry.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
Proven experience holding project teams (of developers analysts test etc) accountable.
Successful track record of managing large-scale enterprise software and/or data projects
Strong presentation skills with prior experience presenting to executives and senior level stakeholders
