Job Summary
Responsibilities include advising assigned lines of business by:
- Reviewing and approving all contracts related to certain lines of business
- Providing legal advice related to executed contracts or business projects
- Providing support with new products and services including analyzing and proposing the legal framework or structure for such new product/service assist in negotiations of any required contracts and prepare contract templates to engage prospective clients.
- Supporting compliance function of each line of business
- Other legal projects and key initiatives as needed.
Qualifications :
- Graduate from Law School
- Bilingual oral and written English skills
- The ability to work effectively and collaboratively with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
- Experience in a corporate law department within an established organization or within the corporate area of a law firm is a plus.
