Job Summary

The Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive environment informing and directing visitors and in-house staff in compliance with company procedures and assigned priorities.
The core responsibilities of the role are:
- receiving and dealing with visitors implementing the actions required to welcome them into the company and to arrange their meeting with the company representative
- executing operational activities to support the individual Company Business Units


Qualifications :

1.01 Manages the reception of the guest ensuring his presence as a point of reference during his stay
1.02 Coordinates incoming and outgoing communication flows directing requests to the appropriate offices
1.03 Manages the common spaces appropriately assigning them to internal staff in relation to requests
1.04 Monitors the flow of entries through manual or computerized systems
1.05 Ensures that the spaces under its responsibility are kept clean and tidy arranging for maintenance and any repairs of equipment
1.07Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness-efficiency of ones responsibilities
1.08 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development understood as the interconnection of care-oriented practices of Environment Business Processes and Organizational Community
1.09 Promotes adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
