We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Account Management Support professional to enable efficient execution of the end-to-end sales process and support ongoing customer account operations.
This person in this role acts as a central operational partner to Sales and Business development ensuring accurate documentation smooth coordination across teams system integrity and seamless customer experience from onboarding through renewals. The ideal candidate is proactive process-driven and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced technical (IT Security) environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational support to Sales and Business Development Managers.
Prepare and manage sales documents (proposals quotations contracts approvals).
Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems
Support customer onboarding renewals and post-sales account support.
Act as the central coordination point between Sales Finance Legal Marketing and technical teams.
Coordinate preparation tracking of legal and contractual documentation with legal desk.
Independent communication directly with customers on day-to-day operational matters under Account Manager guidance.
Assist with pipeline tracking sales reporting and business development database updates.
Support marketing initiatives and event participation in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
Ensure documentation accuracy compliance and proper version control.
Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with implementation of new tools systems and team onboarding support.
Qualifications :
Experience in Sales Operations Sales Support Account Support Sales Back-office support or similar role.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail analytical and reporting capability.
Good planning & organizational skills -Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Structured process-driven and solution-focused can-do mindset.
Proactive with willingness to learn in a technical environment
Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functional
Comfortable handling direct customer interactions within defined scope
Exposure to proposal preparation and contract coordination (technical/IT domain is a plus)
Experience in B2B sales/commercial environments ideally in a technical domain (IT) would be a big plus
