The Role In a Nutshell
You will provide end-to-end HR support across the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on recruitment employee relations and compliance with Irish employment law.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 25 years experience in an HR Generalist role with strong exposure to:

CIPD qualification (or currently working towards) preferred.

Solid knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.

High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and difficult conversations.

Practical solution-focused mindset with resilience and adaptability.
- Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
