From The Door Talent we are supporting a growing organisation based in Dublin 15 in the recruitment of an experienced HR Generalist to join their team during an exciting phase of organisational development.

This is a hands-on generalist role ideal for an HR professional who enjoys variety responsibility and close collaboration with managers across the business.

The Role In a Nutshell

You will provide end-to-end HR support across the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on recruitment employee relations and compliance with Irish employment law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to deliver consistent and compliant employee relations support.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job ads screening and interview coordination.
  • Ensure full compliance with Irish employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Maintain and continuously improve HR systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation reports and metrics.

  • Provide generalist HR support across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Support and contribute to HR projects and organisational change initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 25 years experience in an HR Generalist role with strong exposure to:
    • Employee relations

    • Investigations and grievances

  • CIPD qualification (or currently working towards) preferred.

  • Solid knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and difficult conversations.
  • Practical solution-focused mindset with resilience and adaptability.

  • Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
