Senior Civil Engineer

Southampton

A growing engineering consultancy is seeking two Senior Civil Engineers to join their expanding Southampton team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of drainage and highways projects within a collaborative and supportive environment offering strong career development.

The Role
You will lead the design and delivery of civil engineering schemes including drainage SuDS and highways (S278/S38) managing projects and mentoring junior engineers. The role involves working closely with clients and project teams from planning stages through to construction.

Requirements

3 years consultancy experience
Degree or HND in Civil Engineering
IEng (or working towards) preferred
Strong drainage and SuDS design experience
Experience with InfoDrainage or MicroDrainage Causeway Flow AutoCAD and 3D software
Highways design experience (S278/S38)
Project and client management experience
