Your Qualifications

Werenot looking for a perfect on paper candidate.Werelooking for someone who is hungry to build and ready to learn. Whetheryourea formal student or a self-taught grinderhereswhatwerelooking for:

• The Foundation:Youvegot a degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfieldoryouvegained equivalent experience in a professional environment. Ifyou havethe skills we want to see them.
• The Code:Youveplayed around with at least onerecognisedprogramming language. Itdoesntmatter if this was for a grade a job or just a late-night passion project.
• Show Us Your Work: Got a GitHub a portfolio or a side projectyoureproud ofWedlove to see it. We value real-world curiosity and the build-in-public mindset.

Preferred Skills

Youdontneed to be an expert in everything on day onethatswhat theDevelopmentAcademy is for. But ifyouvedabbled intheseyoullhitthe ground running:

• Python Go Java TypeScript React Kotlin:Our teams live andbreathe these. Ifyouvegotexperience inany oftheseyourealready ahead of the game.
• The Container Game: Most of what we ship lives inDockercontainers. If you know your way around Docker or Helmyoullquickly see how our code makes it to the finish line.
• Cloud & Kubernetes:Werebig on Kubernetes here. No stress if youhaventused it yet.
