About The Role

As an LCMS RA working in this advanced laboratory position you are responsible for sample receipt and management laboratory and equipment maintenance assisting with the laboratory operation and collection of data for the Laboratory Sciences laboratory using a variety of equipment and computerized systems.

What Youll Do Here

Maintain and document chain of custody for specimens in the laboratory.
Perform and document assays such as ELISA PCR multiplex and flow cytometry with accuracy.
Perform routine laboratory maintenance (cleaning maintaining supplies equipment upkeep etc.).
Prepare samples and reagents for analytical assays according to current laboratory procedure or protocols.
Maintain and update facility records related to the laboratory and its analyses.
Review laboratory records procedures and study data for completeness accuracy and potential discrepancies.
Document deviations to laboratory procedures and Protocols and unforeseen circumstances in a timely manner and provide input for corrective actions.
Perform calibration optimization maintenance and collection of data from analytical instruments.
Function as a subject matter expert in at least two service areas such as cytokine assays and flow cytometry.
Provide training to the department for specific tasks.
Provide job training for junior personnel.
Provide personnel depth by working proficiently across multiple service areas.
Write review and revise SOPs.
Manage laboratory inventory prepare purchase requisitions or other cost management activities as assigned.

What Youll Need to Succeed

Bachelors degree in scientific discipline such as Biology Cellular and Molecular Biology Chemistry or similar.
Minimum of three years experience working in a Laboratory Sciences department in a GLP or GMP environment.
At least three years of hands of LC-MS experience.
Advanced skills with Microsoft products.

What We Offer

The pay range estimated for this position is $26.00 $30.00 per hour. Please note that hourly rates/salaries vary within the range based on factors including but not limited to prior relevant experience skills education certification location as well as internal equity and market data.
