Job Summary

Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Carlisle Cumbria
Salary: 25000 Uncapped Bonus with increased % based on billings
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
Office Based Own Transport Required

The Role
This is not a transactional KPI heavy environment. This is a relationship-led recruitment role built on credibility and trust.

You will be:

Meeting candidates and clients face-to-face across Cumbria
Building long-term partnerships with local businesses
Identifying and headhunting high-quality candidates
Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial brief through to offer
Attending networking events and representing NXT Recruitment in the local market
Building your own personal brand alongside the NXT name

About You

Commercially aware and confident discussing business needs
Naturally relationship-driven rather than sales-script-driven
Motivated by results and financial reward
Professional personable and credible in face-to-face meetings
Keen to attend networking events and raise your profile locally
Full UK driving license and own transport required
