Your Mission: Enable Global Leadership
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Coordinator to support our leadership this role you will go beyond calendar management you will act as an operational partner ensuring leadership efficiency cross-functional alignment and structured execution of key initiatives.
This is a pivotal position that requires discretion discipline and strong multilingual communication skills in a fully remote international environment.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Orchestrate Leadership Efficiency
- Proactively manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones
- Coordinate leadership meetings and prepare structured briefing materials
- Ensure executives are prepared and informed for all engagements
Drive Operational Rhythm
- Track strategic initiatives and monitor deadlines
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion
- Act as a communication bridge between leadership and internal teams
Champion Organization
- Maintain structured documentation systems and shared digital workspaces
- Ensure critical information is accessible and clearly organized
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency
Support Strategic Operations
- Assist with budget tracking and reporting
- Support coordination across departments and regions
- Contribute to special projects that enhance operational performance
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 23 years of experience in executive support administration or operational coordination
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Professional proficiency in French (written and spoken)
- Strong command of Arabic is considered an asset
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook Teams SharePoint)
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
- Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection

- Experience in a remote or international company
- Comfort coordinating across multiple time zones
- Experience improving internal processes or workflows
- Exposure to budget tracking or administrative financial support
