Unified Communication Network Operations & Deployment Engineer

Infosys is seeking a Unified Communication - Network Operations & Deployment Engineer. As a engineer you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes and deliverables and contribute to the proposal development client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mount Laurel NJ or willing to relocate to the area. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Minimum 10 years experience as a VOIP Engineer with expertise in broadsoft production deployment
(Requires working in server maintenance activities during night EST hours.)
Minimum 10 years of experience with SIP/IMS Broadsoft AS/XS mode and can troubleshoot SIP/Diameter calls.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IMS call flows (Preferably Ericsson Networks elements) and IMS CORE with PSTN and other mobile subscribers.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance and Resiliency testing
Good understanding on the voice CPEs like Polycom phones Enterprise Service Gateway Integrated Access Devices Cable modem (eDVAs) and PBX for Trunking setup.
Familiar creating test plan strategy reports Engineering Bulletins and Method of Procedure (MoP).
Experience in handling manual and automation execution of different voice call flows and analyze the traces using Wireshark IRIS and Broadsoft and SBC logs.
Exposure working with virtualization platforms to install the voice network applications.
Expert in modifying and executing ansible scripts that are used in Load testing.
Knowledge of CALEA and PCMM
Familiarity with Linux/Unix and scripting
Networking understanding and experience handling monitoring tools for alarms.
Familiarity with test repository tools like HP ALM and Test rail and defect tracking tools like JIRA and Github.
High-level analytical skills
Critical thinker.
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent verbal and written skills
