Job Summary
责任描述和工作范围
- 组织建立新厂房的质量管理体系的建立包括
- 跟进并协调新厂房GMP质量体系的建立并与已有质量体系协调一致
- 作为文件管理员审核GMP文件组织协调各部门文件管理员对各类文件和记录的发放回收归档销毁工作进行控制和管理确保符合SOP要求
- 负责批记录的发放
- 负责档案的借出归还和管理管理档案室
- 组织建立和维护培训要求
- 组织协调各部门培训管理员建立和维护员工培训矩阵审核培训材料
- 引导新员工的入职培训
- 收集各部门培训需要建立和维护培训计划协调GMP培训活动的实施
- 维护员工培训档案
- 作为文件和培训管理员负责文件和培训的日常管理
- 完善和维护文件管理规程培训管理规程根据法规要求文件和培训管理实际情况进行流程优化
- 支持自检外部审计等活动
- 领导安排的其他工作
任职资格
- 药学生物工程制药工程生物化学等相关专业本科及以上学历
- 具有2年以上GMP行业工作经验
- 4年以上制药行业工作经验优先具备良好英语水平优先
