Typical Accountabilities
Identify capability development needs of marketing department and cross functional team
Design and execute on basic and advanced training programs and workshops to meet above needs
Interface with global commercial excellence teams to provide input on global capability programs and ensure global AZ capability development content is available and understood in Japan
Own and manage the senior management gate review governance for launch products
Support launch brand teams to kick off and set up their processes starting two years prior to launch
Drive cross-functional collaboration and support alignment with global teams
Engage as project managers in strategic projects in the organization
Act as change agents within the organization to proliferate new ways of thinking and operating
Evangelize connect and engage various teams within the organization
