We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to actively generate develop and qualify new business opportunities within our commercial and industrial markets. This role is primarily focused on outbound prospecting engaging with key decision-makers to identify needs present solutions and secure qualified sales appointments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships that drive long-term business growth. This position is based out of our San Antonio TX Securitas office.
Compensation & Benefits:
Depending on experience Securitas will offer an hourly rate of $28.84 per hour plus weekly and monthly bonus based on performance metrics. Youll also receive a great benefit package that includes:

Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls daily.
Identify and connect with decision-makers .
Qualify leads using a structured framework (authority need timing scope budget).
Schedule qualified sales appointments per week for our outside sales representatives and ensure calendar invites are accepted.
Send follow-up confirmation and reminder emails/calls to reduce no-shows.
Maintain accurate notes dispositions and lead statuses in CRM.
Collaborate with staff to refine target accounts messaging and qualification standards.
Track and report daily and weekly KPIs (dials connects appointments booked show rate).
Participate in call coaching role-plays and continuous improvement sessions.
Adhere to calling regulations compliance standards and company brand voice.
Qualifications:
1 years of inside sales SDR/BDR or appointment-setting experience (B2B preferred).
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and rejection.
Experience with power dialers and CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce Pipedrive etc.) preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong follow-up and data hygiene habits.
Coachable goal-oriented and metrics-driven.
Performance Metrics:
Daily outbound dials and meaningful conversations
Weekly qualified appointments booked
Appointment shows rate and downstream conversion to proposals
CRM accuracy and completeness
Professionalism and adherence to scripts and standards
