Safety Officer (Part-Time)

Job Classification: Part-Time: 24 hours/week

Schedule: Work 2 days (12 hours/day) between Sunday-Wednesday (7:00pm-7:00am)

Salary: $20.00/hour

GreenHills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Safety Officer to join our team! This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents visitors and employees while protecting community property.

YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL

• Perform scheduled rounds both inside and outside the community buildings to maintain a secure environment.
• Respond to all alarms and emergency calls. Perform first aid/CPR as necessary. Responsible for immediate notification of emergencies to appropriate personnel.
• Provide timely accurate reports including incident reports safety inspections repair and service requests emergencies and delivers report(s) to supervisor.
• Assist with special security needs as they arise involving employees visitors and other members of the community.

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Drivers License.
• Can follow written and oral instructions.
• Have basic knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Have experience in security and/or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) - preferred.
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen criminal background check and motor vehicle check.
