Accountabilities
- Manage strategic accountsto optimize the performance of the Oncology portfolio you are responsible for.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunitiesto expand market reach and impact.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationshipswith healthcare professionals and medical institutions to support business growth.
- Proactively pursue new commercial and strategic opportunities in line with the cross-functional team to maximize portfolio success.
- Conduct scientific discussions and provide educational presentationsto inform and engage stakeholders.
- Collaborate across functionsincluding marketing sales and medical teamsto deliver integrated excellence.
- Regularly exchange with colleagues to share expertise and best practice practices within the team.
- Represent AstraZenecas values and standardsconsistently in all professional interactions with external and internal stakeholders.
Experience/ Skills:
- Either completed pharmaceutical representative exam or degree in medicine pharmacy dentistry or veterinary medicine.
- Scientific degree (MSc equivalent) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and Austrian healthcare system; prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry ideally with significant hospital market experience.
- Excellent German and English language skills (spoken and written) and B category driving license.
- Excellent planning management presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient with CRM systems MS Office and analytical tools.
- High performance drive initiative and self-motivation.
- Team-oriented mindset with customer focus and results-driven approach.
- Exceptional selling negotiation and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
- Resilient confident ability to work well under pressure and open to continuous development and change.
