Job Summary

The Sales Operations Executive supports a business unit sales team who are selling across different regions multiple brands (products/events) and customers. Sales Operations is a pivotal new function within the business providing structured sales administration Salesforce (CRM) support data analysis reporting and information entry support to Sales teams.

The Sales Operations Executive will report into the Sales Operations Manager. They will have knowledge and understanding of the Sales systems such as Salesforce and provide support in the set-up and management of Sales campaigns within Salesforce. Furthermore the role will assist in the management of data quality accuracy and consistency for the business unit whilst also be on hand to support specific business unit reporting or analysis requirements.

Whilst they will support business unit sales teams they will also be on hand to support Exhibitor Marketing Event Ops and Customer Service teams with data list pull requests and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management

  • Manage and update Salesforce (CRM) and associated Sales order processing tools with sales contracts.
  • Providing the forms (text) for: sales stand upsells promo opportunities catalogue
  • Stand sharing forms for the online customer tools and contract creation.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Experts (SME) on Salesforce business process for sales teams.

Sales administration support

  • Assist with administrative activities in support of pipeline preparing data and event floor plan queries and actionable tasks.
  • Key liaisons point with Billings Credit Control Customer Service Team Operations and other functions to handover contracted customers for post-sale customer process to commence.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Educated to Degree Level
  • Well organised and good time management.
  • Interpersonal skills confident personality high level of enthusiasm.

Skills Required

  • Ability to proactively handle and respond to queries from internal customers.
  • Experience in working with Salesforce.
  • Experience of data analysis and manipulation.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.

Desired

  • Experience in working with Salesforce CRM.
  • Previous experience in the B2B / B2C events industry.
  • Experience with Expocad A2Z or similar floor planning tools.
