  • We are offering an internship in Interactive Guidance for Navigated Spinal Surgery

  • You will have the opportunity to develop prototypes for ourNavigationSystem and support our team with your proof-of-concept application.

  • Youwillbeanactivememberofourinternational andinterdisciplinaryresearchanddevelopmentteam.

  • You will implement your solution using C or Python andMatlaband evaluate it in an ecosystem consisting ofstate-of-the-artnavigation and imaging systems.

Thatmakesyoustand out

  • You are studying for a masters degree in informatics computer science medical engineering mathematicsphysicsor a comparable subject.

  • You have experience with object-oriented programming languages (e.g.C) script languages (e.g.PythonMatlab) or libraries (OpenCV VTK Qt DCMTK).

  • You want to tackle challenging problems in medical engineering.

  • Youareknownamongfriendsandfellowstudentsforyourinitiative andflexibility.

  • YouhaveagoodcommandofEnglish.

  • Youworkindependentlyarehighlymotivatedandcommitted andarepreparedtotakeonresponsibilityquickly.

Duration of your internship: 6 months (full-time)

Type of internship: We offer voluntary internships alongside your studies compulsory internships/practical semesters and a combination of both
