What to Expect
This employee is primarily responsible for managing a queue of delinquent and non-delinquent accounts and investigating monitoring and resolving specialty accounts. The position will comply with internal policy and procedures on handling specialty accounts. All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross1divisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.
What You Will Do
1. Manage a queue of delinquent and non-delinquent accounts
Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed per position
Ensure all account activity is properly documented per department standards
Perform medium to heavy skip tracing activities utilizing free and paid tools such as Accurint TLO etc. (where applicable)
Manage repossession assignments and all relevant activities (where applicable)
Adhere to department standards for effective queue management
2. Performance Coaching
Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance. Assist in the development of other team members and provide day-to1day mentoring and guidance as requested by leadership.
3. Perform all other duties as assigned
