Position Summary:

Under the general direction of the Mgr. Trainer/Engineer QA: The successful candidate will coordinate the training program including maintenance technical training quality control auditing and administrative duties as described inCargojetsMCM MPM & Procedures Manuals and inaircrafttechnical documentation. The chosen candidate will also coordinateaircraftaudits as assigned by the QA Manager.

Essential Position Functions:

• Be knowledgeable with all company and government manuals/documents pertaining to the work.
• Assist in the development and administration of training programs for Cargojet Maintenance Personnel.
• Maintain training databases (Maintenance and Flight Crew) ensuring records are complete and current.
• Track and issue training as required prior to due dates for Maintenance and Flight Crew elementary work.
• Generate and issue ACA cards as required.
• Provide training and quality input for revisions to the standards and procedures contained in Cargojets MCM/MPM manuals and the implementation of new procedures.
• Cross-functional responsibility to support the Technical Librarian when needed.
• Ensure a clean and safe workplace for team members.
• Ensure compliance with Safety Management System (SMS) and safety / security policies procedures and standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director Quality and Safety
• Perform other duties incidental to the work described herein.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to use computers Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Must have excellent communication skills problem-solving abilities and be detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Experience developing syllabuses for training programs is an asset.
