Ansell is looking for a Tender & Proposal Specialist EMEA (Tendering Platform Associate) to join our team in Krakow Poland.

In this position you will support the Chemical Body Protection Tender Team within the Chemical Business Unit (BU) playing a key role in identifying qualifying and managing new tender opportunities from EMEA tender platforms. You will help drive business development by maintaining an accurate tender pipeline assessing initial product fit and supporting communication with internal stakeholders. Your work will enable the Senior Sales and Tender Team to focus on strategic highvalue opportunities and make the tendering process more efficient and successful.

What your role will be

As a Tender & Proposal Specialist (Tendering Platform Associate) you will:

• Systematically oversee and monitor global tender platforms to identify relevant opportunities.
  
• Qualify new business opportunities aligned with the Chemical Business Unit strategy.
  
• Manage and update the tender opportunity pipeline in the CRM system ensuring highquality accurate data.
  
• Conduct initial product assessments to determine feasibility and fit within the Chemical BU portfolio.
  
• Support management of company subscriptions to tender platforms including renewal coordination and search profile optimization.
  
• Maintain an organized internal repository of tender documentation ensuring timely access and version control.
  
• Act as a key point of contact for internal vertical stakeholders ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  
• Support communication and coordination with vertical stakeholders and regional teams.

What will you bring to Ansell

Education

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration Public Administration Law or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• 13 years of experience in administrative support tendering procurement business development support or public-sector bid coordination.
  
• Familiarity with tender or procurement platforms and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines.
  
• Experience in the Health & Safety PPE or protective equipment industry is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to manage a structured repetitive daily workflow effectively.
• Strong ability to prioritize a varying workload.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interest in public procurement tendering or sales support.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and global tender platforms.
• Ability to gain knowledge of highend chemical applications and tender tracking tools.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and presenting findings.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Desirable Competencies

• Administrative data entry or sales support experience.
• Experience reviewing tender documentation and understanding business requirements.
• Good skills in Microsoft Office; Smartsheet experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of tender platforms is advantageous.
