Are you passionate about helping others feel seen heard and cared for Join our dedicated team as a Patient Liaison supporting our physical therapy occupational therapy speech therapy and cardiac rehab departments where your empathy and attention to detail will make a real difference every single day.

Whats Available:

1.0 FTE (80 hours bi-weekly)
Shift: 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday between 7am - 5:30pm.
This position will have a home base in Whitehall WI.

What Youll Do

Partner with Physical Therapists Occupational Therapists Speech Therapists Exercise Physiologiststo ensure smooth patient registration and scheduling.
Assist customers assuring accurate and complete registration scheduling appointments demographic information insurance coverage collecting payments and monitoring customer satisfaction.
Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

What Youll Need

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
