What Youll Be Doing

The Full Spectrum: From routine PMs (Preventative Maintenance) to complex engine overhauls and transmission swaps.
Hydraulic Mastery: Youll become an expert in the high-pressure systems that make our loaders and packers move.
Tech-Forward Diagnostics: Use state-of-the-art software to talk to the trucks clear codes and find the ghost in the machine.
Safety First: Ensuring every truck that leaves the yard is 100% DOT compliant. If its not safe it doesnt roll.
Fabrication & Welding: Occasionally getting creative with a torch or welder to keep the steel strong.

What Were Looking For

Experience: 25 years of experience with heavy-duty diesel engines (Cummins Mack or Detroit experience is a huge plus).
The Toolbox: You have your own set of tools (we provide the big stuff and the tech).
Certifications: A CDL is a nice to have but an air brake certification and a clean driving record are must-ops.
Mindset: Youre a fix it right the first time kind of person. You take pride in your bay and your builds.
