The Position

Position Title: AI Medical Innovation leader

Location: Shanghai China

What will you be working on:

Lead and coach a team of strategy professionals to develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for AI for medical solutions aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.

• Lead and coach the team to develop a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the companys strategic objectives.
• Ensure the strategy is adaptable to changes in the healthcare landscape and company priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical commercial and external partners to integrate disease-specific solutions and platform-based events into the overall strategy.
• Architect and catalyze actions that maximize medical clicial research and scientific communication productivity and optimal execution of the digital health development and launch
• Identify opportunities for business growth through innovative healthcare solutions and develop mechanism to capture these opportunities
• Lead and coach team to conduct market assessments competitive analyses and stakeholder engagements to identify opportunities and challenges within different disease areas.
• Monitor industry trends regulatory changes and emerging technologies to anticipate market shifts and inform strategic planning.
• Identify opportunities for business growth through innovative healthcare solutions and develop mechanism to capture these opportunities

Drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions in disease areas programs partnerships and business models that address unmet healthcare needs and drive business growth to bring better clinical outcome and sustainable development of AI for medical.

• Integrate solutions from various disease areas to create a cohesive strategy and facilitate collaboration between different teams to leverage synergies and best practices.
• Lead the planning and execution of proof-of-concept and incubator of AI for medical showcase the companys innovative healthcare solutions and to ensure sustainable development and enrich the AI for medical portfolio.
• Ensure these events are strategically aligned and contribute to the overall business goals and bring better patient outcomes.

Define and prioritize key initiatives resource allocation and KPIs to ensure effective execution and measurable impact of integrated healthcare programs.

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the integrated strategy and provide regular updates on the teams performance against these KPIs to senior management.
• Assess and manage risks associated with the implementation of the integrated strategy develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate potential risks.
• Manage the teams budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of the strategy and ensure the team has the necessary tools and support to achieve its objectives.

Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Lead and coach the team member to achieve their full potential.
• Foster a collaborative innovative and high-performing team environment.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders including healthcare providers payers and physicians to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into the strategy. Communicate the teams strategy and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
